Weddings
The clubhouse facility can be rented for Saturday weddings during the club program off seasons which consist of: the first three weekends in June, the last weekend of August, all weekends in September and the first weekend of October.
Wedding ceremonies can be held in the clubhouse, on the deck or on the lawn if desired. The clubhouse kitchen is available for food preparation. The TEIA clubhouse is fully handicap accessible.

Rentals
Events with a maximum of 60 attendees can be held in the Garman Lounge on Sundays during the season when there are no other TEIA events being held. This is limited to TEIA members.
